EH&S Hotline is not an Emergency Line.
In case of emergency please dial 911 on a campus phone or (310) 825-1491 from a cell phone.

The EH&S Hotline Supported Options:

  • in-patient hospitalization,
  • including fractures,
  • loss of consciousness,
  • loss of an eye,
  • amputations,
  • permanent disfigurement, and
  • fatalities
  • This excludes admittance for observation or diagnostic testing. If you are unsure whether an injury is serious, please feel free to provide your incident information for an EH&S staff member to help assess the severity. There is no penalty for over-reporting.

Option 2:  Reporting anonymous safety concerns/near-misses/hazardous condition:

Anyincident or condition that poses/posed a risk to employees, students or visitors requiring EH&S attention. Callers may indicate if the incident is only being reported or if additional follow-up is requested. These incidents or conditions may also be reported via the Bruins Safe app using the “Report an Issue to EH&S” option in the Safety Toolbox. Download via Apple App Store or Google Play.
