Planning a research trip or a trip for your course? 

Planning a research trip? Before you head into the field, complete the Field Hazard Assessment Questionnaire (HAQ).

As part of a new Field Research Safety process, the HAQ helps EH&S evaluate the risks associated with your trip and determine whether a full Field Safety Plan is needed. Many lower-risk trips may not require a full safety plan, making the HAQ an important first step in your planning process.
