Heat Illness Symptoms

A heat advisory is in place across Southern California. Elevated temperatures pose a serious risk to outdoor workers, especially those working in direct sunlight.

Heat illness can affect those working outdoors as well as indoors.

  • Stay hydrated
  • Take breaks
  • Have shade
  • Know the signs of heat exposure
