Dosimetry Reports
Reports can be obtained from your department representative.

Late or Lost Dosimeters
External dosimeters are considered late if they are not returned to EH&S by the seventh working day of the month following the wear period. A notice listing the late dosimeters will be sent to a department representative. If dosimeters are not turned in by the due date, a late fee of $11.3/ badge may be assessed for cost recovery. If you have lost your dosimeter, please contact EH&S at radbadge@ehs.ucla.edu.
